Outback-Day Eight

Our final day was spent travelling to Alice Springs with a few stops along the way. Alice Springs itself is much greener than we had imagined and was founded as part of the telegraph line built across the country to connect it to the rest of the world.
As a fitting end to a great trip, we all met up for dinner at 'Bojangles Saloon' - a real outback pub. We were lucky to have met such a great bunch of people, who turned into good friends in just a week. Pete's passion and knowledge of his country was truly inspiring and fascinating and without doubt the highlight of Australia for us.

The end!
